One thing my family usually does when visiting a new city is the local ghost tours. I recently visited Nashville with a high school music department and experienced this tour.

Our tour guide was entertaining (aren’t they all?), but as far as a good ghost tour this one rates towards the bottom. It was an informative history tour. The ghost parts seemed as if they were stretching tales to add some meat to the stories.

Our tour took us to the State Capital where most of the stories were told.

I can not speak to the price since it was included in the trip package but I believe it is in the $30 range. 

Overall, I would not recommend the tour. If you are looking for juicy historical gossip, then you might enjoy this.
