Mt Hope Cemetery – Lapeer, Michigan

Located just west of downtown Lapper, there are about 6.500 graves here. 

The famous graves include:
Louis Converse Cramton (2 Dec 1875 - 23 June 1966 (aged 90)) US Congressman. He graduated from the University of Michigan Law School in 1899 and became an attorney in Lapeer.

Terry Knight (9 Apr 1943 - 1 Nov 2004 (aged 61)) Producer / manager for the Rock Group Grand Funk

John Tyler Rich (23 Apr 1841 - 28 Mar 1926 (aged 84)) U.S. Congressman, Michigan Governor.
