Can I Just Walk Away

Can I just walk away,
Should I just walk away,
Could I just walk away,

I’m sure they would notice at first,
After all I do take up space,
But after a few days or weeks?

Does my presence matter?
Essentials will still be provided.
Nothing hinges on my being here.

In fact, it might be better,
Without my influence or opinion.
I wouldn’t be missed
